Earlier today, Blizzard fixed a bug where Lady Vashj would evade and possibly even heal if she backed up into a shield generator. This has a chance to occur when the tank is stunned or rooted, as Lady Vashj will backpedal to use her Bow.

Lady Vashj Bugged and Uncompletable – Hotfix Will Be Reverted Overnight
Blizzard has confirmed that their recent hotfix to avoid Lady Vashj evading around the Shield Generators have made players unable to dunk Tainted Cores entirely. As such, the hotfix will be reverted overnight so that guilds can continue to kill Lady Vashj.
