Although this is a new secret, it takes us to an old location - all the way back to Vash'jir and the mysterious pearl floating on its outermost border. While the pearl has been an oddity for ages now, Saltine and Nenami discovered that it now has a function in teleporting players to what appears to be an alternate version of the Seat of Knowledge in Pandaria!
The instructions suggest swimming, though others have suggested flying above and using a Felslate Anchor. Upon arriving, simply swim into the pearl!
Secret Finding DiscordBest I can suggest is swim to the surface, head to ~16,85 on the Vash'jir map. Then fly due south in normal flight mode until fatigue kicks in. Back up a little and submerge.
Swim straight down from there and nudge yourself further south. If you get fatigue, back off to reset it then swim straight down some more. Eventually, you can't do this any more (roughly as the sea starts to turn dark blue)
At that point, swim straight at the orb.
Filled with oddities that seem related to past secrets, the particulars of this space are still being discovered, though Flauschtatze has already discovered that speaking to a mysterious dark stranger named Anakron (who appears very similar to the Hooded Supplier from MoP and Legion Remix) awards the Mind-Seeker Feat of Strength and associated title!
It isn't entirely confirmed what the requirements are for this, though it presumed that most if not all previous secret achievements need to have been earned, with the current belief that any combination of 17 completed secrets are required. Uuna is also present, with several lines of dialogue which seem as though they may be related to any uncompleted secrets.
The area appears filled with pedestals relating to previous secrets, which is fitting for the Mind-Seekers.
Upon joining the secret cabal, Anakron has a speech prepared for their newest member. Though never explicitly confirmed, it's often assumed that the Mind-Seekers are responsible for the mysterious secrets found throughout Azeroth. In the behind-the-scenes blog for Riddler's Mind Worm, the Mind-Seekers even address players directly, taunting the organization's inevitable return.
