Instructor’s Divine Bell and Ticking Sack Trinkets Nerfed in Patch 9.2
In the most recent 9.2 PTR build, the Instructor's Divine Bell and Ticking Sack trinkets are nerfed, but only for newly acquired versions.
New Patch Trinket Nerfs
For the first time, it seems that Trinket nerfs are only being applied to newly acquired versions of the trinkets, rather than doing a global nerf on all current versions of the trinkets.
