Reshii Wraps Artifact Cloak Guide
The Reshii Wraps is a special Artifact Cloak in Patch 11.2 that every player will wear; no other cloaks will drop this season. This cloak has a role-specific effect which has been buffed by a large amount!
As Tanks are getting a non-damaging special effect, DPS will have to be really careful to avoid threat issues if this effect procs on pull.
