How to Unlock the Ogri’la Faction and Earn Your Best-in-Slot Druid Tank Trinket

Druids are getting a lot of love in The Burning Crusade Anniversary Phase 2. After unlocking one of the new Factions, Ogri'la, in Blade's Edge Mountains, players will gain access to a new Daily Quest hub. Some of these quests will reward players with Apexis Shard, which can be used to purchase consumables and equipment, and can be infused with depleted items to create new gear!

Ogri'la Reputation Guide

Unlocking this new faction is as easy as completing an introductory quest chain. While the only way to gain reputation with the Ogri'la is through daily quests, there are additional ways to earn the Apexis Shards, which they use as currency. Apexis Shards have a chance to drop from many level 70+ mobs in Blade's Edge Mountains.

While farming these shards, you may come across various "Depleted" pieces of gear. These items can be traded or bought and sold on the Auction House. While most of these are not extremely sought after, there is one that is considered best-in-slot for all Druid Tanks - Badge of Tenacity.

While Apexis Shards are bind-on-pickup, both the Depleted Badge and the Badge of Tenacity are Bind when equipped, meaning that, if you have enough gold, you can just straight up buy your best-in-slot Trinket for Phase 2. While a cheaper option may be to farm the Depleted Badge and 50 Apexis Shards yourself, it is good to know there are options!
