Signing up for Wrath of the Lich King Classic beta is simple, just follow the following steps --
Go to the Wrath of the Lich King Classic official site
Sign in to your Battle.net account
Click on "Beta Opt-In" at the top of the website
After the web page scrolls to the bottom, click "Opt-In"
