How to Earn the Riding Cranes
All three have the same requirement: Exalted reputation with the Golden Lotus faction. To begin gaining reputation with the Golden Lotus, you must first open the gates to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and then complete a small quest chain, starting in The Golden Pagoda, to unlock their daily quests - which you will then be able to begin each day by talking to questgivers at the pagoda.

Suppose you complete the daily quests each day, and remember to purchase Grand Commendation of the Golden Lotus as soon as you hit Revered. In that case, it will take around 3 weeks to hit Exalted, but if you augment your reputation grind with Relic of Guo-Lai and Relic of the Thunder King from Ancient Guo-Lai Cache farming, this timespan can be cut down tremendously!
Once you hit Exalted, head out to the Golden Lotus Quartermaster, Jaluu the Generous, outside Mogu'shan Palace (/way 74.2 42.6) and purchase your Riding Crane for a bit of gold.
