The newly found green variant of the set seems to be part of the upcoming Dragonflight pre-patch event, as the sets have stats adjusted for level 60 players (requires level 58, ilvl 250).

Green Primalist-Themed Transmog Set in Dragonflight – Possibly from Pre-Patch Event
A new variant of the Dragonflight Primalist-inspired set has been datamined in the latest Dragonflight PTR build! Previous variants encountered were the blue variant from Primalist Invasions and the yellow variant from outdoor Dragonflight PvP activities.
