Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer Frances Townsend stepped down from her position at Activision Blizzard yesterday. As reported by The Wall Street Journal, Townsend will become a senior adviser to CEO Bobby Kotick and the rest of the Board of Directors, while her former duties are being split between Senior Vice Presidents Jen Brewer and Luci Altman.
