First Rune of Phase 2 Discovered – Spellfrost Bolt Mage Rune Found

Phase 2 officially launches for Season of Discovery in a few short days, but that hasn't stopped players from beginning the search early - and the first Rune of Phase 2 has officially been discovered.

Edit: Blizzard seems to have disabled the ability to find Runes and Quality of Life Skillbooks, so this discovery won't work until Thursday's launch.
