All Uniques and Drop Locations Season 10 Overview
Lair Bosses
Lair Bosses are the primary method for obtaining Ancestral Gear. They're quick to kill, and all the gear they drop in torment difficulties is ancestral. With the Release of Season 10, the drop tables are changing slightly, but it still enables target-farming Uniques and Mythic Uniques.
Target Farming Bosses
The problem with Lair Bosses is that, unless you have a lot of keys or are willing to buy keys, getting the invites might take a while. If you are eager to trade, make sure to get Betrayer's Husk for Belial, as this lets you target any boss at will.
Infernal Hordes
With the rework to Infernal Hordes and the new Chaos Armor system coming in Season 10, this is a great source of gear, especially the Chaos Armor that is required on every build. Players will also need to obtain invite keys to run the content, which is one of the slower runs on this list, but the rewards are well worth it in the end.
Infernal Hordes Guide
Infernal Hordes are also excellent sources of Obducite and Gems to craft and upgrade gear with, while also rewarding decent experience in the process. There is not much in the game that can rival the versatility of Infernal Hordes in Season 10, and this will be your main content to farm.
Tributes
An often overlooked piece of content, Tributes are a great way to target specific drops that one might need. Typically, the Tribute of Titans is used most often to get Lair Boss keys, but there are far more Tributes that can give all sorts of drops! The Undercity itself is a speedy run through some floors and a small boss at the end, making it very quick and easy to rush, get your loot, and get out.

To guarantee Ancestral Drops, use Tribute of Radiance (Resolute) or Tribute of Ascendance (Resolute). Radiance is a great Tribute to use to max out those pesky Aspects that can't seem to drop, while Ascendance has a decently high chance at rewarding a Mythic Unique!
Whispers
Whispers will likely be the fallback content for players without other options to run currently. The ability to pick the type of cache after completing a set of Whispers allows for targeting some of those weaker pieces on a build.

Sadly, there is a bit of Randomness attached, as Ancestral Caches are far better, but also very rare. In addition to Ancestral Caches, players are only offered three choices, which can be a hindrance depending on how much of an upgrade they are. At the start of a Season, Whispers are a great source of gear, but can very quickly lose their charm.
