Next week the Midnight expansion will be revealed at Gamescom, but development is already well underway. Blizzard has updated one of their internal servers with the first 12.0 build, build 62596. Note that this build is encrypted, so we can't datamine any of its contents.
With Patch 11.2.5 revealed to be Legion Remix, we've almost reached the end of the WoW 2025 Roadmap. The release date for the Midnight expansion still remains unknown, but an internal build suggests an Alpha could be imminent following next week's reveal.
