Diablo 4 Ultra-Rare Unique Drops Have Been Temporarily Disabled

As a result of today's 1.0.4 patch, drop rates on ultra-rare Uniques were mistakenly increased as a reward from Helltide Chests. In order to correct these drop rates, the development team has decided to temporarily disable the ability for these Unique items to drop.
