A revamp to the Codex of Power Legendary Aspect system is coming to Diablo 4 in Season 4! Blizzard emphasized an extensive update and overhaul to many of the systems that make up Diablo 4, and the update to the Codex of Power and Legendary Aspects does not disappoint. Moving forward, on both the Eternal and Seasonal realms, all Legendary Aspects will be found in the Codex of Power - and can be upgraded past their base values.
