The issue seems to stem from the requestor providing reagents for their craft. Even if only one reagent is provided, the craft cannot be completed.
While the craft bar fills as normal, the Crafter will not actually be able to progress past the initial Craft screen - making them effectively "stuck", unable to complete the order.
