Court of Stars Automatic Spy-Finder Weakaura and Macro Hotfixed
It seems that the Court of Stars automatic Spy-Finder Weakaura / Macro have been hotfixed and no longer work.
Over the weekend, it become public that players could use a Weakaura or a Macro to automatically find the spy. Thanks to Xepheris for helping to test and the macro.

It seems that Blizzard has hidden the gossipOptionID on all the possible spy options. Unfortunately, this means that you'll need to do the event as intended once again.
