Court of Stars Auto-Attack Ring Reworked – Possible Return at Max Level with Legion Timewalking?
The special 10% auto-attack damage, originally disabled for high level characters, has been reworked in the latest Patch 9.1.5 build. Could this mean that this ring's special effect may become available again at max-level again?

The Jeweled Signet of Melandrus is an item that drops from Court of Stars, a Legion dungeon. This ring was very powerful for melee classes as it gave 10% bonus damage to auto-attacks.
