Court Approves $18 Million Activision Blizzard Settlement with the EEOC
Activision Blizzard has officially settled with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to the tune of $18 million. The conscent decree was signed off on Tuesday by Judge Dale S. Fischer of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, who said she was satisfied with both the monetary relief and the nonmonetary provisions, which establish the compensation fund alongside three years of federal oversight.
