Corruption Enchants Buffed and Cartel Reputation Buffed in Patch 11.1.5

Blizzard has posted 11.1.5 development notes which buffs Corruptions and Cartel reputation. New Corruption Enchants were incredibly undertuned, so these buffs are a welcome update.

The following changes have been added to the 11.1.5 PTR:

HORRIFIC VISIONS

General

Fixing a tuning variable that was missed when adjusting these to the Helm Slot.

Also adjusting damage effects higher to account for our current expansion item levels.
