As we continue covering Rune Discoveries for Phase 2, it's been confirmed that the new Rune Slots for players are Waist and Feet slots. During our datamining of Phase 2, we uncovered data for Runes in the Head and Wrist Slots, which aren't actually obtainable this Phase of Season of Discovery.
