Collectors rejoice! Holding true to Blizzard's word, it has been confirmed that players will be able to collect class restricted transmog appearances from completing quests and collecting loot with any character on the Patch 11.0.5 PTR! For example, a Hunter that loots the Lawbringer Bracers will unlock that Paladin-specific transmog appearance, despite not being able to equip the item on that particular character.
