The Coiled Altar
With hotfixes that are now live, the Coiled Altar has taken a pretty massive nerf. This encounter was vastly out of line of difficulty on Normal, and was a harder boss than Normal Ula'tek.
When the encounter reaches the Intermission at the end of Phase 2, hidden health modifiers, Increase Max Health and Increase Max Health, kick in and grant extra health to the bosses. The hotfixes reduce the health modifier of these buffs by almost 100% on every difficulty:
Increase Max Health (Malacrass Health Bonus):
Normal: Now grants 38% bonus health (was 133%)
Heroic: Now grants 87% bonus health (was 180%)
Mythic: Now grants 35% bonus health (was 135%)
Increase Max Health (Zul'jan Health Bonus):
Normal: Now grants 120% bonus health (was 220%)
Heroic: Now grants 155% bonus health (was 246%)
Mythic: Now grants 160% bonus health (was 260%)
Since the boss healing Ghastly Regeneration is % health based, this will greatly speed up the final phase of the encounter as the bosses' healing will be significantly reduced.
