Class Tuning on 9.1.5 Release Candidate Build (October 22nd) – Frost Mage, Fury Warrior Buffs

Blizzard has pushed the background downloader, which includes a new build of Patch 9.1.5. This build contains more class tuning, which includes buffs to some Frost Mage abilities and Fury Warrior's auto attack damage.

This build is not on the PTR, and is datamined from the Patch 9.1.5 background downloader.
