Class Tuning Hotfixes on Dragonflight Beta (11/8) – Shadow Priest Flash Heal
More class tuning hotfixes have been pushed to the Dragonflight Beta which includes a buff to Shadow Priest's Flash Heal.
Edit #1 (5:00 PM PST): The Resto Shaman "buff" is actually a bug fix that moved some flags from Resurgence to the spec aura. No change actually happened!
