Changing Your Covenant Will Fill Your Conduit Energy in Patch 9.1

Blizzard has published notes for today's PTR testing, including a note that reveals that swapping covenants will now refill your Conduit Energy.

Many players who swapped Covenants realized that they quickly ran out of Conduit Energy when simply putting new Conduits into their Soulbind tree. This should help players who are swapping Covenants.
