This category of World Quests is unlocked at Renown 8 with the Dragonscale Expedition, and will be unlocked for your entire account once at least one character in your account reaches Renown 8 with the Dragonscale Expedition.
These World Quests require you to hop on a boat or a balloon (depending on which zone you are) and take photos of the fauna of the Dragon Isles.
