Patch 12.0.7 Overview
Unlike the current Bulging Recruit's Field Pouch and Bulging Field Pouch randomly obtained while participating in Void Assault and Ritual Site activities, these new pouches are instead purchased directly from Cosmetic Equipment Salvager in Silvermoon for 150 Dark Particles each.
So far, these new pouches appear to contain all the same weapon transmog that are found in the current pouches, though this provides a significantly more reliable way of obtaining those appearances. Not only do the original pouches have extraordinarily low drop rates, they pull from a large pool of cosmetics, while these new pouches are separated into groups to better target the thing you actually want.
