Bursting Nerfed with Launch of Patch 10.2.6, Now Hotfixed Back to Previous

Bursting was released doing significantly less damage on live servers after Patch 10.2.6, but this has now been hotfixed.

Before the Patch on the last Bursting week, Bursting did 32748 base damage per stack at a difficulty of +20 or above. After the Patch, Bursting does 13839 per character.

Burst was doing ~58% less damage than before the Patch

Around 9:30 PM PST, this was hotfixed and Bursting once again does 32748 base damage per stack.
