These changes will help many PvP players that stopped playing Battlegrounds and arena because of the Honor Problem that persisted for quite some time at the beginning of Burning Crusade Classic. With so many players feeling discouraged from participating in PvP, offering quality PvP gear from Reputation will be a welcome change.

Burning Crusade PTR Notes – Outland Faction PvP Gear Coming in Phase 2, Honor Not Reset Before Season 2
Blizzard has updated the Burning Crusade Classic PTR notes, noting that Outland Faction PvP gear will be coming in Phase 2 and Honor will not reset before Season 2.
