Bugged Piece of Gear in Legion’s Maw of Souls Scaled to Shadowlands Season 2 Mythic+ Item Levels

Reddit user Insertnamesz has found that exactly one item in Legion's Maw of Souls is currently bugged and is dropping at Season 2 Mythic+ Item Levels. This bugged item can be upgraded with Valor all the way to 246 Item Level.

Thanks to Scytherr for helping figure out that it's this specific bugged item.
