Activision Blizzard released a message from CEO Bobby Kotick early this morning, announcing the progress and commitments made to address discrimination and harassment within the company. While acknowledging that they still have a lot more to do, the letter shared five commitments being undertaken by the company, and a pledge to cut his total compensation (including bonuses) to the California state minimum in Santa Monica of $62,500 until those changes have been achieved.
