Blizzard on New and Upcoming Tier Set Bonus Changes – Holy Priest Redesign & Outlaw Tuning Coming Soon
Blizzard has released development notes highlighting all the Season Tier Set Bonus redesigns and tuning in this week's PTR build. They've also highlighted an upcoming redesign for the Holy Priest Tier Bonus and some additional tuning for Outlaw Rogue's Tier Bonus that will likely come in a future PTR build.
