Blizzard has posted some thoughts regarding the tier sets of Marksmanship and Survival Hunters coming in Patch 9.2!

Marksmanship Hunters:

The issue with the 4-piece bonus only working when spending >40 Focus and not >= 40 Focus should be resolved.
