Blizzard Feedback and Philosophy for the Personal Cooldown Manager in Patch 11.1.5

In a new PTR forum post, Blizzard has shared some of their philosophy behind the layout of the new Personal Cooldown Manager coming in Patch 11.1.5, such as which buffs they've chosen to include and whether they show up as an icon or a bar.

Thank you for writing these thorough posts so quickly! We do have plans to allow you to hide or rearrange elements on the new Cooldown Manager in a future patch, however the specifics of how that works are yet to be determined.
