Blizzard has confirmed that various items in Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep are not dropping. While Blizzard did not provide a full list of missing items, they replied to a thread detailing how the Mage trinket Serpent-Coil Braid likely wasn't dropping as it had no records on Warcraft Logs.
