Blizzard Aware of Dragonflight Legendary Upgrade Bug – Priority Issue But Will Take Time

Blizzard is aware of the Dragonflight Legendary upgrade bug and it's a priority issue for them, but it'll take some time to fix.

Just used my Scale to upgrade Fyr’alath for season 4 and I can’t upgrade it past 4/14 Awakened. The upgrade NPC believes it isn’t eligible. We’re working on this as a priority issue.
