August 23 Hotfixes – Significant Nerfs to Mythic+ Lower Karazhan

Blizzard has updated Hotfixes for Shadowlands, with significant changes to Mythic+ Lower and Upper Return to Karazhan. These are both very unpopular dungeons to run, especially at higher keystone levels.
