Adjustments to Enhancement Shaman, Restoration Druid, & Arms Warrior – Titan Reforged

Blizzard has announced additional adjustments coming to Enhancement Shaman, Restoration Druid, & Arms Warrior on China's Titan Reforged server.

Additional Rogue Changes Buffs to Arms Warrior

Following the routine server maintenance on December 18th, we will be making the following online adjustments to the talents and abilities of Enhancement Shaman, Restoration Druid, and Arms Warrior:

Lava Burst:
Fixed a bug where Lava Burst could not activate Maelstrom Weapon stacks.

Lava Burst can now also chain damage to up to two enemies near the target.

The chain effect of Lava Burst can now also activate Maelstrom Weapon stacks.

Two-handed Weapon Specialization: A new talent located to the right of Dual Wield.
This talent has 3 points: When you equip a two-handed melee weapon, all your damage is increased by 2/4/6%. This damage bonus applies to all Shaman totems, summons, and spells. It also increases your chance to activate Maelstrom Weapon by 13%/27/40% and makes Maelstrom Weapon effect Lava Burst.

After the above changes are implemented, all Shaman talent trees will be reset, and players can freely redistribute their talent points.

Developer's message:

Shamans will gain more serious damage, a smoother Lava Burst casting experience, the same speed of gaining Maelstrom Weapon stacks as one-handed weapons, and stronger area-of-effect damage capabilities without needing to stack a large amount of additional spell damage when using two-handed weapons.

Druid
Restoration
Rejuvenation: Will now immediately heal the target when cast.

Tranquility:
Healing range has been increased to 40 yards (up from 30 yards), and the cooldown has been reduced to 3 minutes (down from 8 minutes).

The system will now prioritize healing the five allies with the lowest health in the squad or team, with priority given to player characters.

Improved Tranquility: Redesigned. No longer reduces the cooldown of Tranquility. Now reduces the threat generated by Tranquility by 50/100%, reduces its mana cost by 10/20%, and increases the number of allies prioritized for healing by 2/5 per heal. (With 1/2 talent point invested, it prioritizes healing the 7/10 allies with the lowest health).

Improved Barkskin: Barkskin can now be used on allies.

Arms
Improved Slam: Now also increases Slam damage by 10/20% and allows it to be cast while moving.
