Some super last minute class tuning hotfixes have been pushed to the Dragonflight Pre-Patch PTR nerfing Boomkins.

Wowhead Note: These changes make it so that the Faerie Dragon is summoned about half as often, but the Faerie does 30% more damage with its attacks.
