Third party managers will likely be updated soon if they haven't already, but you can also manually enable addons by copying your World of Warcraft installation's _retail_/interface/addons folder into the _beta_/interface/addons one, while most settings are saved in the similarly named WTF folders.

Addons Now Available on the Dragonflight Beta
With the changeover from Alpha to Beta, addons have now been enabled for Dragonflight testing! There may be some bugs though...
