6-Second High King Maulgar Kill By <DREAM> on Nightslayer (US) – The Burning Crusade Anniversary

Before the release of the Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep raids later this week, <DREAM> on the Nightslayer (US) server decided to end Phase 1 with a bang, by defeating High King Maulgar with a kill time of just 6 seconds!

While the above video showcases the incredibly fast kill time, WoW Classic content creator, NOHITJEROME describes how <DREAM> managed to accomplish this feat in his recent video.

Before even entering the raid, Mages farmed hundreds of Unconscious Dig Rats in the southern Barrens. Then, by removing and re-equipping their armor, players were able to intentionally lower their own health to about ~20%.

This allowed Mages to take full advantage of their Troll Racial, Berserking. Then, by using Unconscious Dig Rats to cast their first Arcane Blast before the pull, the Mages were able to rapidly decrease the cast time of subsequent Arcane Blasts. With 21 Mages in the group and an enormous amount of haste, the guild was able to down the King of Ogres in just 6 seconds.
