Resolved an issue causing Surging Elements to not appear on the Cooldown Manager.
Warlock
Fixed issues that caused some warlock summons and Diabolic Occuli to sometimes incorrectly target enemies outside of combat. This corrects summons from Affliction’s Shadows of Nath’reza, Demonology’s Dominion of Argus, as well as Diabolist summons.
