Yesterday, Blizzard released a YouTube video highlighting the changes for Shamans, Warriors, and Rogues. They covered every spec, except for Enhancement Shaman, noting in the comments:

Enhancement Shaman
Enhancement Shamans focused on 2-handed weapons only.
Rage of the Farseer is a 3 minute cooldown that increases attack speed.
Maelstrom Weapon reduces the cast time and Mana cost of Lightning Bolt.
Mental Quickness increases spell damage and healing based on Intellect.
They bring Windfury Totem for the party.
