NA players have started to loot their Great Vault for Gear and Bonus Rolls, and many have taken those pieces of gear to the Catalyst to acquire more Tier Set bonuses. However, players have reported that some items cannot be catalyzed, and the item can't even be put into the Creation Catalyst. BlizzardCS has responded to one of these reports on X (formerly Twitter), noting that the cause seems to be items from the Vault and Bonus Rolled items.

A fix is being worked on for items that can't be catalyzed. Right now it seems to be items from the Vault and bonus rolled items. ^CC
