Unlocking the Delve Nemesis
Azta'rec is a powerful poison empowered Child of Ula'tek, that serves as the ultimate delve boss of the season, just like Nullaeus and and Zekvir before it. Like previous seasons, accessing the boss is quite easy: simply complete any Delve at Tier 11. This will open Azta'rec's personal delve, the Venomfall Deeps in the northern part of the Coiled Isle.

There are several cosmetic rewards for defeating Azta'rec, though the best of them require defeating the boss on ?? Difficulty, which will not unlock until the Season begins next week.
Defeating the boss awards the My Venomous Nemesis achievement and Apophic Patagia wings.
Completing the seasonal delve quest chain awards the Corrosive Victory toy.
Players will also receive crests, however rewards are capped during the pre-season, so players will currently only receive 10 Veteran Mistcrest for defeating the boss. Next week, defeating the boss on ? difficulty should award 30 Hero Mistcrest which do not count against the cap, though it has not been confirmed whether this reward will be retroactive.
