Edit #1: The Lady Liadrin Weekly Quest WAS available on EU until late last night. It now appears to have been disabled as well.
Weekly Lady Liadrin Quest
Lady Liadrin currently offers a Weekly Quest on EU Servers no longer offers this quest for EU servers as of last night. This quest looked familiar to returning players, and players will get 4 choices of quests to complete that week.

This quest does not exist on NA Servers, which means that players lose an option for getting their Spark of Tides, and also weekly progress on the Silvermoon Warband Campsite.
Warband Campsite
There are two Warband campsites in Patch 12.1, and both require players to do weekly quests.
The first is available to players on both servers and is named "Silvermoon in Void", and players will need to collect 4 Void Vestiges in order to obtain it. Players can obtain the Vestiges, one a week, from completing the weekly quest Trailing Xal'atath.
The second is the "Silvermoon City" campsite, and players will need to collect 4 Silvermoon Citizen's Emblems to unlock it. Players are supposed to be able to earn one a week from the Unity Against the Void weekly quest from Lady Liadrin in Silvermoon, but it's not showing up on NA servers and no longer on EU servers as of last night.
