In our database, players can search for specific gear, stats, and the source from which it's obtained. When searching for Mail Spell Power gear through dungeon drops, the only drops are random Uncommon gear with Spell Power suffixes such as "of Magic" or "of the Knight". While this isn't definitive proof that none exists, it's a strong indicator that players haven't found any so far. When searching through quest rewards, only two items show up, but they're primarily Healing pieces: Garrison Cuffs and Silvered Gauntlets.
From level 1-30, this affects only one class: Paladin. Paladins are currently the only class that has no gear tailored towards them for the first 30 levels through dungeons or quests. If a Paladin wants to get gear upgrades that aren't from the Auction House, they will have to craft gear and obtain patterns either through dungeon drops or Merchant's Favor turn-ins with the Azeroth Commerce Authority / Durotar Supply and Logistics.
The new crafting gear for early levels is a very welcome addition in WoW: Forever, but it is interesting that Paladins are the only class that would have to craft gear in order to get upgrades equivalent to quest and dungeon rewards. It's possible this will change before launch, but for now, Paladins enjoying the last few days of the beta should keep this in mind.
