King's Rest Dungeon Guide
EU players have a King's Rest World Quest that is offering a Champion piece of gear for every character. Some players have a Cloak, while others have seen a weapon, and potentially other drops as well. This drops at Champion 1/6 (Item Level 292) and can be upgraded further, similar to other drops from Mythic 0.
This World Quest is available for NA players, but the rewards are 135 War Resources instead, not quite the gear players would be looking for.

According to Tarlo, the special NPC for the quest is not available on Mythic 0 difficulty, and so you will have to complete this on either Normal or Heroic difficulty.
