All three recipes are purchased from Jan'sari the Watchful or Skull of Er'inye on the Coiled Isle, but while the health potion is a direct upgrade, the two combat potions are much more interesting.
Concentrated Silvermoon Health Potion is a direct upgrade to the current Silvermoon Health Potion, and even uses them as ingredients.
Liquid Luster does not provide as much value as the current Potion of Recklessness, but stacks up to a similar number over time and without the accompanying drawback. The potion lasts 30 seconds, as does the Lustrous Gleam buff, giving it about a minute of total uptime, which may be good for specializations that ramp into lengthy damage windows.
Alluring Nostrum appears to be more niche, as direct damage potions often are. Serving as a multitarget version of the already rarely used Potion of Zealotry, it also comes with a drawback of stacking Onerous Burden up to five times over its duration, which could prove debilitating in many situations.
Players may also enjoy new utility potions, though neither have a source or recipe, suggesting that they will be looted or purchased, rather than crafted. Neither need explanation, though the venomous return in particular should feel pretty useful for players trying to get around Midnight's major zones a little bit quicker.
Engineers are also in for a treat, as they'll be able to add a reusable slowfall to their helmets with R0CKY, as well as a tradable R0CKY-To-Go version for non-engineers. Serving as a modern update to the still popular Goblin Glider and Goblin Glider Kit from Mists of Pandaria, both recipes can be found inside a Thalassian Recipe in a Bottle while fishing.
