Player Housing Re-Enabled
Player Housing is officially back after being disabled after yesterday's maintenance. Blizzard updated the title of the below post with the announcement - "Housing Temporarily Disabled in this Region - Enabled at 7:30 a.m. PDT April 22."
With Housing's return, you can once again learn new decor and clear those items from your bags.
During our routine testing with realms offline to deploy the new patch, we discovered a critical bug in Housing that would cause unacceptable errors for some players.
Fixing this bug is a top priority for us, and while we work on it, we’ve decided to open realms on patch 12.0.5 with Housing and Neighborhoods disabled in this region (The Americas and Oceania).
Once we have a fix developed and tested, we will perform an additional brief maintenance in this region to bring Housing back online for everyone.

New Patch 12.0.5 Decor
While Player Housing may have had a bit of a rocky start in Patch 12.0.5, there's plenty of new decor to collect to furnish your Azerothian haven. From Ritual Sites to Abyss Anglers, there's lots of activities awarding decor.

With the Patch launch, we also datamined a new set of Spring Blossom housing decor likely coming to the in-game shop. Check out the full post for all the datamined decor.

Going Postal Player Housing Weekly
With the weekly reset, the Going Postal Player Housing weekly quests returns. Obtainthe quest from Vaeli (/way #2393 49.6 66.0), the dracthyr neighborhood postmaster in Silvermoon and complete a mail delivery course similar to a skyriding race in your Neighborhood. Complete the quest once per account and earn a cache of Warbound crests.

As mentioned previously, rewards can only be collected once per account and the awarded Dawncrests do count towards the weekly caps. For completing the quest, you'll be rewarded with:
